Hey Homeowners!
Looking to do your own watering system for your new landscape or even
an upgrade to your existing irrigation system? Well, you are at the right source. I
am an experienced irrigation specialist and landscaper (and have been), for over 20
years.
I know that for some homeowners doing their own irrigation can sometimes
be overwhelming, so I took over the hardest part of doing an irrigation
system. I made it so easy and professional-like so anyone can tackle
this project.
It consists of four steps:
1. Determine how many valves you think you may need for the areas you
would like to irrigate.
2. Dig out an opening in the ground to accommodate your new valve box.
3. Connect all sprinkler lines to your new valve assembly.
4. Get a twenty-pound bag of gravel.
For step 1 determine how many valves you will need and purchase our
fully assembled inline valve underground irrigation system.
My pre-assembled valve boxes range from one to five valves. Remember one
thing when doing your irrigation; you don’t need to put valves for your
entire yard in the same location as some yards vary in size. You will
only install the required amount of valves where needed:
Example: Say you have 12 sprinklers in your front lawn. You will need
two valves to power the sprinklers. This means six sprinklers per valve
and say you have a small planter in your front yard with six sprinklers;
you will likely need one valve for them. Rule of thumb - keep all runs
per valve under 80 feet at 80 PSI per valve with six sprinklers. Means
you need a pre-assembled box with three valves,
For step 2 dig out an opening in the ground to accommodate your new
valve box.
For step 3 connect the sprinkler lines to your new valve assembly.
For step 4 pour the gravel inside your new valve box as shown in
attached pictures.
This new pre-assembled valve box isn't only for new irrigation systems,
but for existing valve system as well. For an existing valve system you
would follow the same steps except you will need to cut out the old
valves as you already have your sprinkler lines at the valve location
and you would already know exactly how many valves you would need.
Remember I have tried and seen it all! As a professional, I believe that
my method is bullet proof. It is fully replaceable and/or repairable
under our five-year warranty.
Try it. Made in America by Americans!
